Olymp Casino: Your withdrawals are sitting behind a check
The licence requires us to confirm who you are, and the review normally takes up to 54 hours.
What do I need to know before I verify?
Use this when a payout is waiting or you want to get the check done ahead of time.

Sharper images, fewer returns
Glare-free photo ID
Photograph the photo ID flat on a table in daylight, all four corners inside the frame, with no glare across the face or the numbers. Colour copies only.
Address matching your file
Send a proof of address dated recently that shows your name and your full street address exactly as registered. A bill screenshot works if the address is readable in full.
Card digits partly hidden
If you deposited by card, upload an image of that card with the middle digits covered and the first six and last four still visible. Both sides are not needed.
What happens while I wait?
Once everything is in, the team reviews it within 54 hours. Watch your inbox for one message only, which either clears the account or names the file to resend.
Papers that get you through in one go
Three documents cover most checks, and asking for exactly these keeps the process short.
When your deposit needs a paper trail
A pending source check is not a red flag aimed at you. Our Malta Gaming Authority licence, MGA/B2C/431/2019, obliges us to know where player funds originate. That is routine AML work, not an accusation.
Papers a source check may request
Depending on your case, the list below is what we may ask you to send.
- Recent bank statements
- Payslips from your employer
- Tax notices or income records
- Sale contract for a property
- Proof of an inheritance or gift
Four moments before a documents request
Because you may meet the request sooner than you expect, here is how our checks are timed.

Why so many questions?
Privacy after the upload
Scrambled in transit, unreadable outside
Scans travel over 256-bit TLS, so the file is scrambled in transit. Anyone intercepting the traffic sees noise instead of your ID and card.
Knowing who looks in
Only the staff who run checks on accounts open your file. Other teams see a status flag, never the scan itself.
Anything beyond the check?
Each scan answers a question the licence puts to us, such as who you are and where you live. Nothing else is done with it.
Refused now, approved on the retry
Your upload came back rejected, so match your file against the fault list below.
Match your profile
The name or address on the paper differs from what you registered, so the file cannot be tied to your account. Update your profile before you resend.; Send the paper showing the current spelling.
Does a phone photo count?
A screen grab loses the texture and edges we need to confirm the document is real, so it is sent back. Photograph the original paper itself.; Keep the whole page in frame.
Expired paperwork
An expired licence or card cannot prove who you are today, so the check waits for a current one. Renew the document before you upload.; Send the replacement, not the old copy.
Send something recent
A bill from months ago no longer shows where you live, so proof of address has to be recent to be accepted. Pull a newer bill from your provider.; Send the page showing your name and address.
